What are Sessions?
The Core Session, Premium Session and Morning Mindfulness Journaling Session is a relaxed, guided creative program designed to support joy, connection, and overall well-being for Independent living or Assisted Living residents. Each session encourages self-expression and social interaction in a calm, welcoming environment where the creative process is valued more than the final result.
Where Is This Service Offered?
Arts and Crafts with the Bumble Bee proudly offers on-site creative enrichment services throughout the Los Angeles area, including the South Bay and surrounding communities.
Locations outside of our standard service radius may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an additional travel fee.
How often are sessions held?
Sessions are offered as a one-time or monthly program, with consistent scheduling encouraged to help residents build familiarity, confidence, and anticipation around a creative routine.
How many residents can participate?
Each session includes up to 12 residents at the flat rate.

Core Session (60 minutes)
A relaxed creative experience ideal for introducing residents to monthly art programming.
$350 per session
Premium Session (90 minutes)
A more immersive experience tailored to resident interests, allowing extra time for creativity, conversation, and gentle guidance.
$525 per session
Morning Mindfulness Journaling (30–45 minutes)
A peaceful morning activity combining mindfulness exercises with light doodling and journaling, designed to promote relaxation and positive connection.

What is the alcohol policy?
If alcohol is present during the event, it is the sole responsibility of the client.
The artist does not provide alcohol and is not liable for any alcohol-related incidents.

Can photos be taken during the session?
The artist may photograph finished artwork or group participation for promotional purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event.
How does scheduling and payment work?
Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, no-shows, or changes in attendance.
If rescheduling is requested with at least 72 hours’ notice, the deposit may be applied to a future date, subject to availability.
