Monthly Creative Crafting Hour- Pricing & Commitment

Group Size: Up to 12 residents

Frequency: Monthly (on-site)

Program Purpose: Our Monthly Creative Crafting Hour is designed to support joy, connection, and well-being for residents through relaxed, engaging creative activities. Each session offers residents a chance to express themselves, socialize, and enjoy a calm, encouraging environment where process matters more than the final result. Sessions are thoughtfully paced and welcoming for all experience levels, with an emphasis on confidence, conversation, and enjoyment.

What Residents Can Expect:

· A warm, guided painting or craft activity led by a local commissioned artist

· Clear, step-by-step instruction with encouragement throughout

· Projects adapted for varying mobility, dexterity, and comfort levels

· A social, low-pressure atmosphere that supports connection and creativity

· All materials provided, with setup and cleanup fully handled

Monthly Flat-Rate Pricing

Core Session (60 minutes)

A relaxed creative experience ideal for introducing residents to monthly art programming.

$350 per session

Premium Session (90 minutes)

A more immersive experience tailored to residents interests. Allows extra time for conversation, creativity, and gentle guidance. 

$525 per session

Morning Mindfulness Journaling (30-45 minutes) 

A peaceful morning activity conbining mindfulness exercises with light doodling and journaling. Designed to promote relaxation, creativity, and positive connection.

$250

Flat rate applies to up to 12 residents. All materials, instruction, setup, and cleanup included. 

For classes exceeding 12 Residents, an additional $30 per Resident will be billed.

Monthly Commitment Savings

Consistent monthly sessions allow residents to build familiarity, confidence, and anticipation around a creative routine. To support this continuity, discounted rates are available for communities that reserve recurring monthly sessions.

· Month-to-Month Booking: Standard rate

· 3-Month Commitment: 5% savings per session

· 6-Month Commitment: 10% savings per session

Alcohol Policy

If alcohol is present, it is the sole responsibility of the Client. The Artist does not provide alcohol and is not liable for alcohol-related incidents.

Space & Setup Requirements

The Client agrees to provide:

• Adequate tables and chairs for participants
• Reasonable access to the event space for setup and cleanup
• A safe, well-lit environment suitable for painting

Liability & Damage

The Artist is not responsible for:

• Damage to the venue or furnishings
• Personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from misuse of materials

The Client agrees to assume responsibility for participants during the event.

Photography & Promotion

The Artist may photograph finished artwork or group participation for promotional purposes unless the Client submits a written request to opt out prior to the event.
